Shipping
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver within Germany and to all countries in the European Union with DHL. If you would like to order outside this area, please contact our customer service to discuss individual shipping options.
What are the shipping costs within Germany?
For orders within Germany, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €5.
What are the shipping costs for orders within the EU?
For deliveries within the European Union, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €15.
Is there an option for free shipping?
For orders over €450, there are no shipping costs for deliveries within Germany and the European Union.
ZWINGENBERG will sometimes offer a free shipping promotion. When this promotion is offered it will be clearly stated on the ZWINGENBERG store site, and will be applied to your order at checkout.
Can I see the shipping costs before ordering?
Yes, the exact shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process before you finalize your order. The costs vary depending on the order value and destination.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
The delivery time is usually 3-5 working days from the time you place your order. Please note that this period may vary depending on location and availability. Shipping to some countries can take up to seven days.
How can I track the status of my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation from us with a tracking link. This allows you to track the current status of your delivery at any time.
Returns & exchanges
Within what period can I return items?
You can return the item you do not wish to keep within a period of 14 days.
Who bears the costs for the return shipment?
The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer.
How do I create a return label?
You can create your return label using the following link: Create DHL Retourenetikett . Please select the size of the parcel, enter your return address and follow the instructions on the page to generate your label.
Why should I keep the proof of posting?
It is important to keep the proof of posting until you have received confirmation from us that your return has been received. This receipt serves as proof of the return date and the receipt number of your return.
What conditions apply to the returned goods?
The returned goods must be in perfect and undamaged original condition, including hangtags and labels. Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept goods with stains or other damage and will have to send them back to you.
Do I have to enclose the delivery bill with every return?
Yes, please enclose the delivery bill in the package with every return. This will ensure that your return is processed smoothly.
Is an exchange possible?
No, a direct exchange is unfortunately not possible. If you would like a different size, please return the goods in accordance with the return conditions and order the desired size again.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The refunded amount will be credited within a few days.
