Which countries do you ship to?

We ship within Germany, the European Union and selected international destinations.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is available on orders over €300 within Germany, the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway.

How long does delivery take?

How can an order be tracked?

Within what period can items be returned?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Who covers the cost of a return?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to international returns.

Why should proof of postage be kept?

It is recommended to keep proof of postage until receipt of the return has been confirmed. The receipt serves as proof of shipment and contains the tracking number of the return.

What condition must returned items be in?

Returned items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition, including all tags and hangtags.

Items showing stains, signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Should the delivery note be included with a return?

Yes, please include the delivery note with every return. This helps ensure efficient processing and identification of the return.

Are exchanges available?

Direct exchanges are currently not offered.

If a different size or product is required, a new order can be placed and the original item returned within the return period.

When will a refund be issued?

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. A confirmation will be sent by email.

What should be considered for international returns?
