Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking link.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all original tags and hangtags.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive your DHL return label by email.

Return Shipping

A €6 fee applies when using our DHL return label. The fee will be deducted from your refund.

Our DHL return label is available for returns from Germany only.

For returns from outside Germany, please send your parcel at your own expense to the return address below.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within a few business days using the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation by email once the refund has been completed.
