Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking link.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are not offered – for a different size or an alternative item, please place a new order.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all tags and labels. Please include the delivery note.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. International return shipping costs as well as any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer. 

A return label can be created via DHL. Please retain your proof of postage until your return has been confirmed.

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within a few days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email.
